Cosmonilia reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns, communicated\/delayed returns or returns of products which are not returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, or without the original box. In such cases, the goods shall be returned to the sender at the shipping address provided with the order.\nAn exchange or refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Cosmonilia’s premises and the items have been checked. \nIn the event of a refund, payment will be made in approximately seven working days. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the purchase and any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.\nIn the event that the customer receives defective or incorrect goods, he is required to follow the same instructions as above.
